Two years ago Ocean Air replaced my 26 year old system with a new one. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the system performed. I got quotes from 6 hvac companies before choosing Ocean Air. 4 of the companies raised huge red flags with me and didn't answer questions properly or give written quotes. I read that the most important part of a new system is the quality of the installation. They did an amazing job. It looked better than what the original builder did. The system performs exceptionally well and my utility bills are lower due to higher efficiency. The best part was the caliber of the men who did the install. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Ocean Air was the best choice!

We've had an inefficient furnace for the 7 years we've lived here. I called two companies to compare quotes. While the first quote was a few hundred dollars less, the clean and professional character of John from Ocean Air made me select them to redo our attic ductwork. I am pleased to say, the two installers were pleasant and knowledgeable, and were great to work with, as well. Every step of the way, the Ocean Air team with whom we dealt was kind, efficient, attentive, and even generous! I highly recommend them for any work you may need done in their areas of expertise. We will definitely use them again for any heating or air conditioning needs we may have in the future.

We had both A/C systems replaced at our home by Ocean Air. From the initial inspection to the conclusion of the job we felt they were professional, courteous, informative and most importantly, honest. Besides that, they are Laguna Niguel local. After going through several inspections, bids and marketing ploys, we felt we made the right decision. I would recommend Ocean Air to anyone!

As avid do-it-yourself types, my Father and I have been buying parts from Ocean Air for over 30 years. When it was time for replacing the heater, i am so glad I called Ocean. John came over immediately after I called, no waiting! The following day the new unit was installed while I was at work. These guys are so clean; you would never know they were there. Seriously, usually one has to pick up a little after a contractor leaves, but it was spotless. They were very professional. John handled the permit process with the city. If you live in Dana Point that is a really important service he is providing. They also provide you with a nice package to handle the city inspection that is required. Called them in to service my heater and they performed an inspection of the AC Unit. Cleaned up the AC and advised me that after 29 years, it was due for replacement in a couple of years. Since there was no hard sell, I asked for a quote on a new AC unit. It was a strong quote and the Tech came when he said he would and installed the new unit within the time frame quoted. They also put in a raised platform so the unit was off the concrete. Great Job. Thanks!
